Ysgubor is a lovely place to stay – spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything that a family needs whilst on holiday. The little touches made us feel welcome (Welsh cakes, milk and fresh eggs). Itās a great base for exploring North Wales and Anglesey: beaches, castles, steam trains, walking etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ysgubor. From the start of our stay the owners were really welcoming, showed us round, gave us advice on things to do in the area and were always on hand when needed. The place itself is in a great location and we used it as a base to visit different parts of Snowdonia as well as North Wales itself ā there were so many locations to visit right on our doorstep. The barn is very homely with plenty of space and amenities. The mattresses were amazing ā I donāt think any of us slept that well ever! My family really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thanks again!

We decided to go on an impromptu stay to Wales, and Pamela and Paul accepted our request very last minute. This is an excellent place to stay; a fab location, amazing hosts and a very comfortable accommodation. We would definitely recommend and will stay there again. Thank you so much.

āPamela and Paul were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. The cottage is lovely, just as described and looks in the photos. Clean, spacious with all the amenities we needed. Lots of hot water and cozy too. A great base for exploring the North of Wales! We had an amazing week holiday! Thank you! We’ll be back ?ā

Delightful cottage and a rare find with separate single rooms for the kids and two bathrooms, one was en-suite. The kitchen was very well equipped and the living area very comfortable. The views of the countryside were stunning and the location was just a few mins from A55, but you wouldnāt know it as was so peaceful. Anglesey is a must to visit. Some of our favorite places are Beaumaris, Cemaes Bay, Rhosneigr, and Aberffraw. Pamela our host was very welcoming and on hand for help and advice. Highly recommend this cottage as a base for exploring the North Wales coast and surrounding area. We will be back.

Fabulous barn! Had everything we needed – a home away from home. Perfect location and great hosts. The barn is a few minutes drive or cycle from the amazing scenery and walks. The Bangor to Snowdonia cycle track along an old railway line is great, and few minutes from the barn. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend this cottage. We had a warm welcome when we arrived with basic essentials provided, such as tea, milk & biscuits. The owners were welcoming & very helpful. The cottage is convenient but also nicely nestled away. Lovely sunny garden to sit & relax. Well equipped kitchen & good showers. We would definitely revisit.

Stayed here 5 days. The location was stunning. Beautiful views. The barn was spotless. If you are looking for a quite relaxing place to stay its ideal. The secluded patio area, faces south west and its a real sun trap where you can enjoy the views. The barn conversion is self-catering. It has all you need. Mrs. E.Crocombe greeted us when we arrived. And we enjoyed her home baked Welsh Cake. Definitely recommend this lovely place!
