This charming bungalow is just a 10-minute walk to the lovely Llanbedrog beach, the property is in close proximity to local shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs for your convenience.

The private woodland at the rear of the property used to be part of the Tremfan Estate dating back to the Stone Age.

Llanbedrog is a quaint town, just 15 minutes from Abersoch to the west, meaning it has easy access to discover all parts of the Lleyn Peninsula. it is a quiet place to enjoy some family relaxation, three thoughtfully decorated rooms with a lovely kitchen and living area make it a wonderful option to enjoy with family & friends.

Large, spacious, and airy 21 foot lounge/dinning room with 3 seater & 2 seater comfortable sofas, free standing flat screen Samsung TV with freeview, 2 small side tables & lamp, and radiators. Dining table and chairs. Large 3 meter windows at both ends of the room allow natural light to flow through.

Separate fridge & freezer units, electric oven with grill, electric hob with extractor hood above, microwave, dishwasher, sink and drainer with mixer tap, washing machine. 2 windows to the rear, ceiling spot lights and a range of fitted cupboards with plenty of storage and worktop area. Lawned area to the rear, with steps down to the paved area and lawn.

  • We had a great stay here. Lovely house and garden and a short walk down to the spectacular beach. The house is in a quiet road backing onto a woodland making it very private and peaceful. It’s also a great base from which to explore the rest of the Llyn peninsula. We can’t wait to go back!
