Eirianfa was in a good location in order to access different areas of Anglesey. The property was excellent, having everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The accommodation was more expensive than we would have liked, and unfortunately during the week of our stay, there was constant building work at an adjacent plot. The owner was prompt and helpful with any issues that arose. Eirianfa however is a very nice place to stay.

Fab location and a lovely wooden lodge with absolutely every thinks you could need. The owners had even left plenty of cleaning and disinfectant products in every room. There was supplies of dishwasher tablets & washing machine pods, tissues in every room air sprays I mean every think you could think of. Plenty of garden furniture from a garden dining table & chairs to comfy chairs & coffee tables & sun loungers. Really had a fab time !!

The lodge has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday for all ages. We were a party of six over 3 generations from 4 to 65.
Lots of outside space, which we made the most of due to beautiful weather, but plenty of indoor space too. The rural location of the lodge means that its peaceful but everywhere on the island is easily accessible by car, being minutes away from Menai and all its amenities. There are 8 lodges in a gated area with plenty of space around each one for privacy. There were other properties being built nearby with some large machinery in use but this didn’t detract from our enjoyment as we were out every day enjoying the beaches and everything that Anglesey has to offer.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week there and we all agreed that we will return.May 2021

“The lodge is a wonderful and peaceful place. It was bright and thoroughly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the items you need to make a meal. The beds are very comfortable and you can heat the lodge using an app! When we arrived, the lodge was cosy and warm. Small details such as fresh bedding, wifi and a cute welcoming card made the trip all the pleasant. We had a lovely time and left fully refreshed. The lodge is close by to Snowdon and many great restaurants and pubs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

The interior photos don’t do this lodge justice – very spacious, very comfortable, lots of large windows and natural light, two ground floor decks and a first floor balcony all with seating, a really well equipped kitchen and plenty of space round the dining table for family meals. The woodstove is lovely if you have a cool or damp day, and if the weather is warm and fine, there is some terrific countryside to explore. Plenty of wet day activities too – Liverpool is a reasonably easy drive and the ferry from Holyhead makes a day out in Dublin manageable too. South Stack cliffs were a highlight – terrific cafĆ©! This is one of several lodges in a park area, but each has enough grass around not to feel in any way cramped (also ample parking), and the lodges are placed so that you will not feel overlooked. In any event, the front of this lodge looks out over the entrance road (a little used route) to fields. We had a really comfortable and relaxed stay. The service from Coastal Holidays was also very good – information about the area sent on in advance (and loads more in the lodge, including walking maps, nice touch), plenty of detailed information about the lodge itself provided (including detailed instructions on the easiest way to light the stove!) and a message during our stay to ask about changing linen in the midst of our two week holiday. This lodge is a real treat, and so much larger than we expected!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lodge was so well equipped, comfortable and warm. The bedrooms were nicely decorated, and bathrooms well equipped. It was great that there were things to hand like bin bags, soap, and other household products and basic condiments. I couldn’t fault how well we were provided for in this cabin.
The location was excellent for exploring both Anglesey and the main land and an hour and a half drive away is Liverpool where we spent the day on Albert Docks and the cavern. A great day out and really easy to get to. November was a great time to go as the autumn colours were spectacular. It was lovely to return in the evening and light our log stove. The cabin was so well equipped with information from ordnance survey maps, to books on fauna and flora, games and CD’s (who went home with the Il divo one?!) The site was so quiet at times I think we were the only ones there which was lovely and added to a peaceful relaxing break.

The lodge was lovely with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed a cosy night in making the most of the wood burning stove but also made the most of the surrounding area. You are a short drive from Snowdon and Menai bridge is just on your doorstep, although lack of pavements means its safer to take short taxi ride or take a car. The lodge was very well supplied with basic items such as condiments and cleaning products – bot something we have found with some other self catering accommodations. The owners were super organised and emailed lots of useful info plus money saving vouchers.
We were a group of 6 friends and there was plenty room for us to eat together in the kitchen/diner and also in the lounge. I would happily stay there again and can recommend it to others.9 May 2016

We had an excellent holiday in this house. It is well provided with all what are needed during the stay. The maintenance was also prompt and very helpful group in the Coastal Holidays office. Please make sure of the description for the direction to the property and the WiFi pass word was incorrect.

We all really enjoyed our stay at Eirianfa. The log cabin was excellently equipped- we had everything to make it a real home from home. It was lovely sitting on the decking and enjoying the peace and quiet. Connection to the wifi, although at first was a little confusing as the guide booklet and instructions on the hub differed, was great and kept my son and husband happy… Kitchen appliances and equipment were all clean and in good working order.
The location was spot on- we saw some interesting places on Anglesey and also enjoyed trips to Caernafon and Llandudno.
We would happily recommend the log cabin and Anglesey as a holiday destination.11 Jul 2015
