  • A well-equipped cottage that is in a perfect position for exploring and walking coastal paths, forests, and even a little mountain 12 minutes drive away. Thank you for letting us share your lovely little place

    Oct 2021

  • Excellent home, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighbourhood, good amenities close by. Thanks

    July 2021

  • This is a nice, spacious property in an great location just 5 minutes drive from Red Wharf Bay and 10 minutes drive from Benllech beach where there is a well stocked Co-Op store. It is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, everything works and we found it extremely clean. Appears to have been recently re-decorated. Communication with Coastal holidays was excellent. We would definitely stay again.

    July 2021

  • This is the third time that we have visited Llwyn Dona and it has been just as enjoyable as previous visits. A well appointed ,comfortable house within easy reach of excellent beaches. Will come again. -Stan Fellowes

    June 2021

  • From start to finish the service from Coastal Holidays has been excellent, faultless.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Llwyn Dona for a 3 night break the bungalow is situated in a very quiet cul-de-sac. It is spacious and very well equipped , there is plenty of room for 6 people, ideal for visiting all the lovely beaches. The owners have plenty of information folders re the local amenities, places to visit and how to use the electrical appliances.
In some places it may need a little updating, for example some furniture in the bedrooms and some of the small tables in the lounge, but having said that, they are still practical.
The lounge was roomy, very clean and had a lovely wood burner and big comfy leather sofas. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything we needed, plenty of glasses, crockery, pots and pans and a big table to sit around to eat.
The beds are very comfortable, protectors on the mattress but I would of liked to of seen some on the pillows, the bed linen was clean and fresh, Having a shower room and bathroom was great for the family, and very clean, no early morning wait to get in there!.
The garden is enough for what you need it for, area to sit out and is fully enclosed. We found the little area outside the kitchen really useful for the dog bed, hanging wet coats, storing wellies etc.
We had everything we needed and more and would certainly book this accommodation again.

    May 2021

  • Booked it for a quiet week in blustery March in the knowledge that there was a wood burner for comfort. The central heating was very effective as well. This bungalow was extremely well equipped, spacious, quiet and had comfortable beds. There are two pubs very close by but we didnā€™t use them. In the warmer months we would imagine that the rear private garden would be ideal and safe for children to occupy themselves plus, there would seem to be some outside furniture. After a splendid week there we are thinking of booking again later in the year.

    March 2020 Guest Review from

  • Stayed here with my daughter and her children and Bella their dog. Comfy beds, well equipped and very clean cottage. Having two bathrooms is helpful. We all enjoyed the garden too.

    August 2020

  • We loved this holiday rental. We found it to be the best equipped holiday rental we have hired and there have been many. The cleanliness was second to none. The place was very comfortable and we have no complaints whatsoever. We would certainly look to rent this accommodation again should we visit Anglesey in the future.

  • Wonderful place to stay, beautiful location with everything close by. Bungalow had everything we needed and was just what we needed. Both local pubs provided a great evenings will definitely return

    June 2018

  • The house is larger than it looks – plenty of space for a family group. Kitchen very well equipped with modern appliances and high quality crockery etc. Both shower rooms exceptionally clean and modern. Bedrooms very comfortable, plenty of space for storage. Living room very comfortable with sofas, modern flat screen and internet. Garden well kept and laid out. Parking for two cars off road. Located not 10 mins walk from Red Wharf Bay, very pleasant!

We had been badly let down by two other owners (not with Coastal Holidays) pulling their properties at the last minute. Llwyn Dona was a life saver after all the stress (we had to travel at short notice for a family funeral in Holyhead) and we all immediately felt at home when we arrived. Thank you to Coastal Holidays for great service at short notice, and to the owners who have created a real gem of a place in which to relax and unwind.

    May 2018

  • Set in a quiet and pleasant location, the property was fully equipped with high quality fittings, fixtures and utensils and there was a well thought out selection of indoor things to do. Although the weather was kind to us, it wasn’t warm enough to take full advantage of the pleasant garden area. A neighbour whom we met we found very friendly and helpful. The nearest beach is an easy walk away, but is not considered a swimming or children’s beach, although such can be reached with some additional walking if the car is to be left ‘at home’. Nearby Benllech beach has much appeal in this way and can be coastal walked or is only a short drive away (or bus ride+walk). A strong internal theme of the property is soon seen as the VW Camper!

    Oct 2017

  • I must admit. Its the best holiday let I have ever stayed in!
Spacious rooms, everything you can think of that you may need is in the property.
Greeted with tea coffee milk and a fruit loaf which was a nice touch.
Kitchen has literally everything you will ever need for your stay. Best equipped kitchen we have ever had.
Garden lovely, outdoor bbq and plenty of seating including outdoor games like swing ball etc. Lawn was cut by the gardener whilst we were there so always kept neat and tidy.
Rooms really clean and modern. Plenty for my son to keep him Busy I.e xbox, games, jigsaw and books.
Location is ok. Its a 5 minute drive into benllech but its a lovely cul de sac and just around the corner is a pub that does carvery with an outdoor childrens area which we used a few times.
They even cater for your dogs needs I.e bed, bowls, tie stake for outside, travel water bottle.
Thank you for a lovely stay. We would come again and also recommend it.

    Aug 2017

  • Very well equipped holiday cottage. Clean. Plentiful space for a family. Garden with outside furniture. Lots of books, board games and an Xbox to keep everyone occupied on rainy days.
Location was ideal. Beautiful beaches nearby. Good food in surrounding pubs, restaurants with great takeaways close to the cottage. Supermarkets nearby

    Aug 2017

  • We had a lovely few days at this property. There was a 98 year old lady and a dog in our party so we had a few requirements regarding mobility and security issues. This property met all our needs and provided us with a very pleasant stay. I would have no qualms about recommending it to anyone.

    April 2017

  • Spacious, clean, homely and everything you might need is there. Very thoughtfully furbished. Excellent location too. Would definitely return, hopefully in the colder months to use the wood burner!

    June 2016
